  • HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
    Please see Pre-Care Instructions.
  • WHAT PIGMENTS ARE USED DURING THE PROCEDURE ?
Tina Davies x Permablend pigments are used for the procedure. This line of pigment is high quality, vegan, and cruelty-free.
  • HOW LONG DOES THE PROCEDURE TAKE?
The procedure takes approximately 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Timing varies per client.
  • IS IT PAINFUL?
Pain varies from person to person, this will depend on you pain threshold. A topical anesthetic will be applied before and during the actual procedure. On a scale of 1-10, most clients say the pain level is a 2-3.
  • WILL MY BROWS LOOK NATURAL?
Initially, the color may seem a shade too dark; throughout the healing process in six days they will appear lighter. After 10 days the color will show more. It will appear softer when completely healed because the color will come from the dermal layer of the skin to the epidermal layer of the skin.
  • IS SCABBING NORMAL AFTER MY INITIAL APPOINTMENT?
Yes! Scabbing is is apart of the healing process and is actually a good sign. Just as a small cut on your finger will scab after a while, your eyebrows will scab after your visit. It is the body’s natural reaction to protect and heal the area that was worked on. Please consider that everyone’s healing process is different depending on skin type, complexion, and lifestyle. It is very important not to pick at, scratch, scrub or peel the scabs. No matter how uncomfortable or itchy it may feel or how crazy you may think you look, you need to be patient with it. Picking, scratching or peeling the scab can result in loss of pigment.
  • HOW WELL IS THE RETENTION?
Ombré Brows can last for 1-3 years • A touch up is required 6-12 weeks after the initial appointment. • Clients that choose a soft look, light color shade or did not follow the after care instructions may require more attention during the touch up appointment. Factors that will cause your semi-permanent brow tattoo to fade faster: 1. Tanning bed / sun exposure 2. Heavy sweating 3. Exfoliating 4. Oily skin 5. Medical conditions A yearly "Color Boost" is suggested to maintain your color integrity.
  • WILL I NEED TO CONTINUE TO GET MY BROWS WAXED OR THREADED?
Yes. The technician will only need to clean the hairs beneath your arch, providing you with a more cleaned up look. You’ll have the guideline of nearly perfect brows so there won’t be much needed for maintenance.
  • HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BROWS AFTER THE PROCEDURE?
    Please see Aftercare instructions.
