Your appointment is very important to us! The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We realize that at times emergencies may occur and you may need to adjust your schedule; therefore, we respectfully request a 48 hours notice for any adjustments that need to be made to your appointment. All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and ensure we are in the position to provide the best quality service in a timely manner to everyone being serviced.

 

late policy

The time we have booked for your appointment is your time to enjoy. Eyes On You operates on a 15 minute period of discretion. For anything after this, unfortunately, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance due. If you know in advance that you are going to be running late, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is requested that if you must cancel your appointment, you give a 48 hours notice. This will ensure the technician has adequate timing to fill your appointment slot. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the requested time, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance due.

no Call No Show Policy

We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. This is considered a "No Call, No Show" and you will no longer have the opportunity to book future appointments.

deposit policy

All service appointments $100 and under will require the amount to be paid in full upon setting appointment. Any services over $100 will require a 50% deposit, the remaining balance will be due the day before services are rendered.
